How Trip4Shot Works

Step 1: Select Your Photographer

Choose from our talented pool of photographers who specialize in your desired location. Browse through their portfolios, read reviews, and select the one whose style resonates with you.

Step 2: Choose Your Package

Explore our flexible package options designed to suit your needs. Select from our available durations: 1-hour, 90 minutes, 2 hours, or 3 hours. During the package selection process, you can also choose your preferred date and time for the photo shoot. Our user-friendly calendar system allows you to easily pick a convenient slot that fits your schedule.

Step 3: Complete Your Order

Once you have selected your photographer, desired package duration and convenient date and time, complete your order securely on our website. Please let us know the details and specific requirements you need for the photo shoot.

Step 4: Personalized Contact

After receiving your order, we will contact you individually to confirm the details. We discuss your vision, location preferences and other requests to ensure a customized experience that exceeds your expectations.

Step 5: Photo Shoot Day

Meet the photographer at the agreed location on the agreed date. Relax and enjoy watching them work their magic and capture beautiful moments that reflect your unique story. Our photographer will accompany you throughout the session to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Step 6: Receive Your Photos

Receive digital delivery of your professionally edited photos within 5 days. Each image is carefully curated and enhanced by our photographers to bring you an amazing collection of memories to cherish for a lifetime.

My name is Debbie Amvrosiou and I’m the owner of Trip4Shot.
I’m married with a successful Greek photographer and we have two awesome kids!

My love for travels and exploration of new places around the world in combination with the professional eye of my lovely hubby behind the lens of his camera, led me to the idea of creation of Trip4Shot.

One of my favorites quotes that characterizes my personality is:

Trip4shot is a Santorini, Greece based trusted marketplace that connects travelers with local photographers and videographers in any place around the word they wish to visit.

What we do is simply coordinate photo tour sessions that capture the best moments of you and your beloved ones while you enjoy your vacation.

Our aim is to offer you timeless shots and short videos of your trips that will stay indelible in your memory whether it is a honeymoon, anniversary, wedding, proposal, elopment,family session, friend/group getaway or even a solo travel.

For your convenience, all of our photographer & videographer- partners are specially selected. They are confident and dedicated with experience in both professional and freelance photography & videography holding nearly 10 years of working experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will you share my photos online without asking permission first?

No! We respect your privacy and will never share your photos on our blog or social media if you want to keep them 100% private. Just let us know in advance on our booking summary before the shoot.

What is the policy in case of cancellation?

If you need to cancel your photo tour, please notify us via email, phone, or text with at least 3 days in advance to receive a 90% refund. After 3 days or within hours of your photo tour, no refund will be issued.

When will I receive my photos and in what way?

After the photo session has been completed, your high-resolution photos will be professionally edited by your photographer and sent via a web browser to your email within 5 business days.

What if I wish to reschedule?

Of course you can do it! For your convenience, please notify us via email, phone, or text with at least 3 days notice. Our rescheduling policy is as follows:At least 3 days in advance, you will not be charged a rescheduling fee. After 3 days or within hours of your photo tour, you will be charged a €50 rescheduling fee.

If I am late how will this affect my photo tour?

If you realise that you are going to be late, call or text your photographer as soon as possible. Sometimes your photographer may be able to wait for you, but in cases where they have another photo tour scheduled, they may NOT be able to stay longer. We recommend arriving early to avoid traffic or any other unforeseen circumstances.If you arrive to your meeting place late, any time that has passed will be forfeited and you may shoot for the remaining amount of time.If you wish to extend your photo tour beyond the original scheduled time, any additional time will be charged. Rates for additional time vary by destination.
